Habilitation Specialist I

The Habilitation Specialist will provide quality independent living skills training services in a community setting. Within this framework, trains in and assists with activities of daily living, models appropriate behaviors, protects the health safety, and welfare of clients, and maintains documentation. The Habilitation Specialist I must reside in the home of the participant. Full-time health coverage after 1 year of full-time employment, mileage reimbursement, and employee stock ownership plan.
